この度は異動に伴う追加募集として、品質管理、生産管理をメインとする日本本社とローカルスタッフとの橋渡し役を採用することとなりました。将来的には次期マネージャー候補も是非目指していただきたいと思います。
現在日本人2名体制で運営をしておりますのでしっかりとトレーニングをいたします。
未経験の方でも興味があることを重要視しておりますので、生産に関わる品質管理、生産管理にご興味がある方、
また、ご経験者の方からのご応募をお待ちしております!
【お仕事内容】
・ローカルスタッフへの技術指導
・日本本社への報告、ローカルスタッフへの連絡取り次ぎ
・統括的な現場予算管理
・購買補助
・月次報告書(各作業者の生産性、不良率など)の作成および報告
・作業工程内および作業完了後の品質チェック
・QCD(品質・コスト・納期)の管理など
