    JOB OBJECTIVE

    The E-Commerce Manager has a great understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, with a strong desire to learn and improve their knowledge in performance marketing. You will need to be analytical and solution-oriented with unparalleled levels of attention to detail, organization, and communication. The ideal candidate will project manage multiple accounts from start to finish and be extremely reliable, being the lead person to handle the in-house as well as commercial e-commerce platforms,

    TOP 3 ACCOUNTABILITIES
    Overall Management of all E-Commerce platforms
    Own all aspect of the e-commerce platforms which includes but not limited to Watsons, MetroMart, Lazada, Shoppee, BeautyMNL and the in-house web-based ordering portal.

    In-charge in maintaining the brand look and consistency across all channels as aligned with the Trademark strategy set by the brands team

    Manage and maintain the resource budget allocation for the channel.

    Lead the creation and implementation of E-Comm activity calendar and align schedule with the brands team.

    Business Development and Planning
    In-charge in the creation of business plan and channel strategy for each platform.

    Update the management on the performance of the platforms and provide necessary solutions to drive growth

    Continuously look for opportunities in activating new e-commerce platforms.

    Content Creation and Consumer Engagement
    Insight based content that will drive trial of the product.

    Convert large and complex amounts of information into bite-size bulleted statements.

    Host live sessions and selling

    Creation of relevant and exciting consumer promotions.

    100% On-time and in Full (OTIF) of activity calendar
    Site engagement and transaction count.
