    -Developing project plans, goals, and budgets
    -Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
    -Setting and tracking project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed
    -Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities
    -Taking responsibility for all development work and ownership of thorough quality control
    -Hiring and training members of the technical staff

Qualifications

    - Responsible person
    - Can get along with anyone from the start;
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills;
    - Deep understanding of the basic web languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
    - Solid experience working with PHP, SOLID Principle and other types of web frameworks
    - Proven experience in managing API services
    - Demonstrable experience in unit testing
    - Familiarity with server tools (Apache, Nginx, PHP-FPM) and cloud servers (Azure, AWS, Linode, Digital Ocean, Rackspace, etc.)
    - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    - 5 years  and  above, professional experience with PHP
    - Have experiences as lead developer and management
    - Excellent GIT familiarity and approach
