Job Description
•Function as Project Lead and drive analysis and execution of HR consulting projects, especially in Total Rewards including Organizational Design, Job Analysis / Evaluation, Salary Review / Design and Data Analytics
•Conduct business development activities
•Design new or enhance existing HR programs and solutions
Qualifications
Requirement
•Graduate of a college/university course. MA degree is an advantage.
•More than 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (practitioner) or as an HR Consultant with experience in leading the following:
-Organization Design, Job Design
-Job Analysis (including Job Description creation), Job Evaluation
-Grading System, Performance Management System, Promotion System review
-Total Rewards review including creating TR Philosophy, Benchmarking, Salary Structure Development
-HR Data Analytics
