  • Job Description

    1.Assist in timekeeping and payroll management, preparation and payment and ensuring accurate and timely payroll computation
    2.Assist the Administration/HR Department Head in the timely submission of Official Reports, Renewals and Remittances
    3.Facilitates timely renewal of working visa and other related documents of Expats
    4.Maintain and organize employee records and update HR database with employee details and information
    5.Process manpower requisition in coordination with the department heads and assist in requirements process
    6.Monitors and ensures that all reports, reimbursements and other Admin related processes are in accordance with the company's internal operating rules and procedures
    7.Conduct self-inspection to review and evaluate the adequacy and the effectiveness of governance and risk management
    8.Perform other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    1)College graduate preferably in business-related field. Psychology graduate is an advantage
    2) Proactive, computer literate, and service-oriented, Keen on details, good time management and organizational skills, Excellent listening skills, Proficiency in Microsoft applications, good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
