  The Sales & Marketing Manager spearheads the marketing initiatives and programs of the company and
  develops marketing strategies in line with the corporate objectives. Develops the marketing opportunities to meet
  the sales target of the company.
   Develops marketing opportunities and plans and implements new sales plans
   Collaborates with the management team to identify sales growth and strategies
   Promotes effective business relationships with clients
   Analyzes budgets and prepares annual budget plans, ensuring that the sales and marketing team meets
  their goals
   Identifies market trends and suggest improvements and innovations to achieve the company’s sales target
   Manages the sales and marketing team
   Collaborates with the engineering team regarding items required by the client for bidding
