    Generate more business opportunities, drive sales growth, and enhance our copany presence in the Philippine and other ASEAN market by proactive business development strategies and activities.

    • Achieve agreed annual/quarterly Sales Target
    • Build and expand network of potential clients through various networking and
    promotion strategies.
    • Identify and recommend ways to boost sales and to create more business opportunity
    pipeline for the HROD Sector
    • Come up with a qualified Prospects List based on set parameters
    • Facilitate meetings to present Company consulting services and to understand client needs
    • Prepare Proposals based on client’s requirements and Company standards
    • Discuss proposals with clients in collaboration with other consultants

  • Requirement

    • At least 3 years sales experience in HR or OD Consulting or an HR/OD Business Partner
    or HR Manager who has experience in writing and presenting proposals for Organizational Development programs to Management.
    • Knowledge of OD and HR functions
    • Self-driven and results oriented
    • Network building skills
    • Salesmanship
    • Proposal writing
    • Persuasive Presentation skills
