Job Description

Main responsibility is to process Accounts Payable/in-charge in handling the Cash Disbursement Book of the company with detailed responsibilities as follows:

- Processes all payables of the company using the AP System
- Encodes subcontractors/suppliers' invoices/billing statements in excel format report
- Records expenses in AP system
- Prepares the weekly AP Aging Report
- Reconcile AP report at the end of the month or as needed
- Performs other duties and responsibilities associated with the position as may be requested by the head office from time to time
