    Roles and responsibilities:
    - Strategic planning, developing supportive HR and organization strategies and analyzing requirements for talent acquisition, recruiting and onboarding.
    - Implement relevant talent development and talent incentives in combination with business goals.
    - Conducts change in an organization and take an active role in sharing the future of a business at every level.
    - Analyze the business development situation according to the current situation of human resources, submit suggestions in a timely manner and solutions to help the business.
    - Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management and other related degree programs
    - Solid (5+ years) work experience in HRBP, HR Generalist or HR specialist role with IT/Digital Solutions background.
    - Experience of implementing new initiatives and rolling out new ways of working
    - Solid business sense, exception problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical skill.
