  • Job Description

     Objective
    Company presence in the Philippine and other ASEAN market by proactive marketing activities.

     Job Responsibilities
    1. Accounting job (Admin Department): 50%
    1.1 daily book keeping, disbursement/payment (documents/receipts check, issuance of check,etc.)
    1.2 monthly FS preparation (including PL per Sector in Consulting), analysis of budget vs actual analysis
    1.3 monitoring and collection of AR
    1.4 tax computation, preparation of documents and payment
    1.5 ensure registration of project contract amount and other information in the system (Kintone, Chienowa) and monitoring of projects status (LOI/Contract, Completion, Invoice, Payment)
    1.6 preparation of audit documents and communicate with concerned parties (audit firm, HQ, APAC/SG, client, etc.)
    1.7 continuous improvement of the accounting and financial reporting process/rules
    1.8 coordination with accounting system vendor
    1.9 conduct of basic accounting/ financial analysis learning session to branch members, update of learning session material.
    1.10 other tasks to assist Admin Manager

    2. Business Analyst job in area of Accounting functions (Consulting Department): 50% (depends on project needs)
    2.1 assist Consultant in accounting related project tasks as follows
    a. analysis of current accounting process flow of client (as-is), suggest ideal process flow (to-be) from the discussion with Consultant and client)
    b. benchmarking analysis of compensation and benefits
    c. financial statements analysis
    d. other tasks which are considered capable of Accounting specialist

  • Requirement

    a. CPA
    b. Experience as Accounting Assistant or Supervisor (as practitioner) or as an Auditor for at least 3 years

    Competencies required
    -Customer (internal) orientation
    -Detailed orientation/ Accuracy
    -Communication skills
    -Excel, PowerPoint
    -ERP experience as user (ex. SAP, etc.)
