    Primary Objectives:
    1. To cleanse prospective client contact details
    2. To assist with following up on Sales leads
    3. To be responsible for telemarketing administration activities

    Duties Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
     Prepare and review current information of the organisation in Frontier Software Prospects System.
     Undertake telephone activities.
     Validate and update information on Frontier Software Prospects System.
     Ensure all needed documentation is done to the highest standard.
     Ensure the Frontier Software Prospects System is kept up to date. (AU, NZ, PH)
     Identify shortcomings in telemarketing systems and propose solutions.
     Despatch email to prospects if requested and as follow up to telemarketing activities.
     Communicate progress on follow up sales leads through email and by use of the Frontier Software Prospects System.
     Create call summary databases for call outs done.
     Respond to prospects and customer enquiries.
     Work in accordance with legal and statutory requirements, company ISO policies and procedures.
     Assist and comply with the company quality system and workplace health and safety measures.
     Any other tasks assigned from time to time by your team leader / manager.

    Key Relationships / Interactions
     Team Leader: discuss updates on telemarketing database etc., provide assistance and share knowledge regarding telemarketing process issues; ensures efficiency and improvement of work.
     Managing Director: receive direction on strategic Telemarketing processes and procedures.

    Skills and Abilities

     Strong communication skills – written and verbal;
     Planning & Time management;
     Work with minimal supervision;
     Diligent and professional work ethics
     Demonstrate an excellent telephone manner
     Demonstrated team-work & strong relationship-building skills
     Ability to perform administrative tasks

    Experience
     At least 1 year BPO experience handling an international account preferably with data entry and sales (not essential).
