  • Job Description

    We are looking of the Presales Consultant which responsible to manage all technical
    aspects of the sales cycles for company's Connectivity and Managed Service Suite
    for Enterprise & Carrier Wholesale. The role will be based out of company's KL
    Office located at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.
    Responsibilities:
    - To be responsible for connectivity solutions by working with cross functional
    teams to drive revenue and product P&L.
    - To assess market demand for connectivity services to develop and review
    product and strategies and roadmaps for revenue and growth.
    - To provide product expert technical presales and solutioning support for
    networking opportunities to the corporate and carrier wholesales team on bid
    and pricing.
    - Acting as the technical resource by providing product knowledge, network
    knowledge, technical assistance, and pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales
    support.
    - Identifying, develop and close business opportunities with sales team.
    Providing support to sales team and presenting telecom and ICT solutions
    with them.
    - Identifying use case, understanding clients business in depth, analyze
    requirements and knowing exactly which of our products can help them
    evolve their business.
    - Enhancing customer relationships by professional solution and impact the
    customer to accept our product and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering and Computer Science.
    - Knowledge of Telco’s network architecture and implementation models will be
    an added advantage.
    - Able to handle multiple projects, adaptable and able to work in fast moving,
    dynamic and competitive environment.
    - Strong inter-personal skills to engage internal stakeholders and external
    partners.
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate
    and present information in a clear and succinct manner.
    - Achievement and customer oriented. Ability to drive product independently
    and work well as a key team player.
    - Experience interfacing with both internal and external customers as part of
    the solution-based process would be advantageous.
    - 4 - 5 years as Pre-Sales with networking experience
