• Job Description

  Reporting to the CTO of the company, Project Manager are majorly responsible for creating a
  team that is able to work autonomously. They have to take care of every possible parameter,
  from resources to risks, from laying the foundation of a project to getting a team to work for a
  shared goal. Project Managers are generally responsible for the completion of a company’s
  most important projects, and as such, they need to have excellent leadership skills, coordination
  abilities, and motivational skills.
  In addition to overseeing all aspects of project planning and execution, Project Managers will
  often be on hand to resolve issues and solve problems that arise during a project.
  Responsibilities
   Ensure project completion and success by adherence to standards of scope, budget,
  and timeline.
   Extensive experience managing IT outsourcing projects revolving around Network Infra.
   Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company
  goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project
  phases, from initial development through implementation.
   Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on
  measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
   Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to identify problems, create
  solutions, and implement improvements.
   Upkeep the necessary project document and administration.
   Work closely with other departments and stakeholder to ensure project deliveries and
  implementation are aligned with the project requirement and target set by the
  Management.
