  • Job Description

    1. Preparing the annual budget and maintaining the budget.
    2. Responsible for the project billing process, including responding to Client inquiries in accordance with the established accounting standards and billing policy.
    3. Effectively communicate with Project Manager and Engineers regarding contract documents, change orders, and other contract modifications, approvals, and any additional services related to billing.
    4. Maintain the billing folders for all projects, with all the appropriate documents, including expenses, consultant invoices, and monthly invoices, in accordance with standard procedures.
    5. Accounting and Financial Reporting.
    6. Assistance in financial control.
    7. Other duties as deemed necessary.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ＜MUST＞
    1. A graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree or in any related field.
    2. At least 3-5 years of experience in the field.
    3. Proficient in using computer and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
    4. With good written and oral communication skills.
    5. Fluent in English.

    ＜BETTER＞
    1. Preferably with CPA License or any related certification.
    2. Having experience in preparing Billing documents to DPWH or any related government agency is advantage.
    3. Within Metro Manila
