• Job Description

  PARTS & SERVICE ACCOUNTANT:
  Monitors recording of Parts & Service transactions; Prepare the monthly Parts & Service Accounting reports; Controls releases of spare parts and finished jobs; monitors and prepares Parts & Service operations head and salesmen's incentives; Supervise the Parts & Service accounting staff.
  
  GENERAL ACCOUNTING STAFF:
  Maintains schedules and analysis of Accounts Receivable (Units, Parts, Service, Insurance, and Dealer's Income, Others), Customer's Deposit (Parts, Service & Others), Withholding Tax Receivable & Creditable Withholding Tax on Income & VAT, Notes Receivable and Unearned Interest Income, Bank Service Charges. Handles the computation of Parts & Service Salesmen's Commission, Preparation of Collector's Commission & Incentive, Recording on Manual Books of Account Cash Receipts Book (CRB), and Analysis and preparation of schedules of assigned accounts.
