• Job Description

  1) Inputting of the submitted department budget and prepare summarize report for EVP- treasurer's approval.
  2) Inputting of monthly department expenses forecast.
  3) Generates the monthly/ year to date department expenses with comparison of BP#2 and monthly forecast and sent to all concerned departments.
  4) Prepare required data and reports for TdC (Total delivery Cost) Mass.
  5) Inputting of expenses / Fixed assets / Inventory cost to CSone Package (monthly)
  6) Inputting and reporting Csone flow report indirect method for all business plan reporting.
  7) Submission of cash flow report indirect method by year / Monthly thru Stravis
  8) Prepare depreciation and lapsing schedule of fixed assists
  9) Prepare CAPEX report to MMC ( monthly follow-up and business plan)
  10) Prepare monthly spoilage report
  11) maintenance of all non- productive cribs such as NP, MED, QC and TCS
  12) Assist in the preparation of prodcut pricing
  13) Perform other job that may assign from Time to time
