  • Job Description

    1. Knowledge of HR systems and databases
    2. Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
    3. Design and implement employee retention strategies
    4. Head Policy development and monitoring.
    5. Design and define a fair and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned with the company strategy and business goals.
    6. Ensure that compensation and benefits policies and practices are properly documented; regularly reviewed and updated ; and remain compliant with the local labor regulations.
    7. Handles employee management communication and acts as a Point of Contact (POC) for all Compensation related employee concerns.
    8. Develop compensation materials and training to illustrate and communicate compensation related information.
    9. Partners with concerned departments in solving employee benefits issues
    10. Engage and partner with HR Manager and General Operations Manager on HR programs

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ● A degree holder in Human Resource Management, business or any related field
    ● At least 2 years of working experience in Compensation and Benefits
    ● Has a full understanding on Labor Laws and employment regulations.
    ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    ● Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
    ● Excellent time management skills.
    ● Must have strong knowledge and willing to handle in DOLE Compliance and SSS/PhilHealth/PAGIBIG Compliance
