    You will learn all tasks from scratch and basic things to become a future store manager.

    ＜Basic Tasks＞
    ・Display products in showcases
    ・Refill products
    ・Clean the store
    ・Take care of customers in the store
    ・Respond to inquiries via phone
    ・Manage the cash register
    ・Receive products from distributors
    ・Update product knowledge

    ＜Other Tasks＞
    ・Create staff shift schedules
    ・Manage and train staff
    ・Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    ・Good communication skills, able to communicate in business-level English
    ・Fresh graduates are welcome
    ・Bachelor’s degree
    ・Wiling to relocation within Philippines
    ・Willing to work Shifting schedule
    ・Disciplined and able to follow rules
    ・Growth-oriented mindset (potential future store manager)

    <PREFER>
    ・Japanese speaking skills
    ・Experience in the retail industry
    ・Eager to learn Japanese
