  <JOB SUMMARY>
  -Proficiently examine business systems, procedures and design improvements by leveraging both
  business and technology tools. Provides expertise in the analysis of all the production systems,
  applicable protocols and related processes. Evaluate aspects of business to determine what works
  well and what does not therefore require changes in the systems by communicating with Vendor
  
  <Primary Responsibilities>
  ➢➢➢ Requirement Analysis and Modeling
  • Develop, analyze and maintain new or current system processes and
  workflows
  • Transform the needs and high-level requirements into a measurable,
  consistent and traceable technical output that are essential to project
  success
  • Help validate and properly document data requirements through data
  models, Entity Relationship and UML class /sequence diagrams
  
  ➢➢➢ System Analysis and Design
  • Creating procedures, develop specifications, diagrams and flowcharts
  as reference point in improvement of the existing systems
  • To break down business requirements into more specific functional
  requirements that can be used in the development phase.
  
  ➢➢➢ Business Application Management
  • Provide advanced knowledge of systems to ensure functionality meets
  stakeholder requirements and serve as a resource for complex issues
  and solutions
  • Examine processes to understand impact to general business
  operations, alignment with technology strategy
  • Recommend technical actions or provide information to stakeholders
  to manage expectations
  
  <Secondary Responsibilities>
  ➢ ➢ ➢ Project Management
  • Create and implement clear-cut plans for every project, with attention
  to transparent communication at all levels
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects and
  timelines are duly met.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of projects/system enhancements.
  • Perform System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • Proper handover and rollout of system enhancements with user
  ➢➢ ➢ Incident and Problem Management
  • Resolving system related issues and concerns by applying the standard
  operating procedure
  • Act as liaison between system’s vendors, internal stakeholders and
  DCT in handling technical issues
  ➢➢ ➢ Documentation
  • Documents the data processing and report preparation through a
  comprehensive manual to ensure quick transition and continuity in
  case of extended leaves or resignation
