  • Job Description

    The successful candidate shall provide administrative, and events operations support in order to
    ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner to our internal and external
    customers. He/she will attend the Pre-Event Coordination Meeting and Technical Meetings for Function
    Room events. He/she shall assist with client concerns during events. He/she will assist in research,
    compilation of data and preparation of presentation materials.


  • Requirement

    • at least one (1) year related experience in event operations, MICE and hospitality industry;
    • bachelor’s degree, HRM or Tourism course is an advantage;
    • attention to detail; a team player; customer-oriented;
    • good written and verbal communication;
    • proficiency in MS office, especially Excel and Powerpoint;
    • ability to multi-task and can work with minimum supervision; and
    • flexibility with schedule and willing to work on holidays or extend regular work hours, as
