  Pollution Control Officer
  1 Ensure compliance with requirements of PD 1586, RA 6969, RA 8749, RA 9003, RA 9275, their implementing rules and regulations
  2 Attend all permitting and registration requirements prior to construction, installation or operation of pollution sources and control facilities
  3 Ensure proper performance, operation and maintenance of environmental mangement facilities.
  4 Ensure that hazardouse waste dispoed off site are covered by Permit to Transport and that transport vehicles are properly operated and
  maintained hazardous waste transporter.
  5 Monitor compliance to the requirements specified in environmental compliance certificate.
  6 Other specified duties stated from the guidelines for PCO accreditation and other duties that may be assigned from time to time with
  respect to this matter.
  QEMS Implementer
  1 Planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the company's management system.
  2 Prepares and monitor programs and activities for the continuous improvement of the management system in line with the objectives of established policy.
  3 Coordinates with all departments the implementation of documented procedure and recommends revision as deemed necessary.
  4 Act as Internal Auditor of the company and monitors company's system for non-conformance and corrective actions.
  5 Initiate and conduct regular meetings and education pertaining to Quality and Environmental Management System
  6 Identify significant environmental aspects & impacts to operational activities. Other duties that may be assigned as deemed necessary.
