    ● Working closely with the project manager and the client contact person to define project scope, roles and
    responsibilities.
    ● Determining project technical requirements and providing detailed project estimates and timelines.
    ● Working closely with members and assigning tasks to achieve daily, weekly or monthly goals.
    ● Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.

    Qualifications:
    ● Require strong technical skills and a solid understanding of software development.
    ● Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
    ● A good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution
    ● A good team player and an effective leader who is able to motivate their project team.
    ● Analytical skills are necessary in order to correctly identify risks and solve any problems which may arise
    throughout the project.
    ● Fluent in Japanese (N1/ N2 Level )
