    -Handles inquiries/incident reports coming from clients in both English & Mandarin via phone, email, chat, etc.
    -Translates inquiries from Mandarin to English (vice versa) and escalates as needed
    -Communicates with clients
    -Extract and analyze data and initiate process improvement
    -Attend daily, weekly, and monthly meeting and reporting

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    -Bachelor's degree in any 4-5 year courses
    -HSK Level 4-6
    -JLPT certificate is a plus
    -Willing to work onsite (Cebu Office)
    -At least with customer/technical support experience
