  • Job Description

    ・Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
    ・Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives
    ・Provide support to employees in HR-related topics such as leave and compensation, and resolve issues that may arise
    ・Promote HR programs to foster an efficient, conflict-free workplace
    ・Help develop and implement HR policies
    ・Undertake tasks related to performance management
    ・Accumulate and analyze data with useful HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates
    ・Organize quarterly, semi-annual, and/or annual employee performance reviews
    ・Organize 3rd- and 5th-month performance evaluations for probationary employees
    ・Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
    ・Increase job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities
    ・Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Experience working in an HR department in a private company for 4+ years.
    -Arranging recruitment interviews
    -Handling employee relations
    -Preparing and filing HR-related documents
    -Maintaining employee benefit-related operations
    -Handling and organizing employee engagement
