• Job Description

  1. Responsible for overseeing all activity taking place in the restaurant.
  
  2. Some more specific responsibilities are:
  
  2.a. Training the serving staff to provide quality customer service by greeting each restaurant guest.
  2.b. recommending food and drink selections.
  
  2.c. describing the specials.
  3. Responsible for supervising the general operations of a specific department in an organization.
  4. Assisting customers, ensuring prompt resolution of clients' inquiries
  5. Distributing tasks to the staff, and monitoring the employees' performance.
