• Job Description

  Accounting Experience
  • With strong work background in accounting operations and financial reporting and administration and cashflow management;
  • With at least six to eight (6-8) years of relevant experience in various areas of Accounting and Finance, and at least 3 years in a Managerial capacity;
  • Able to manage, direct and control operations of the Accounting Department, and can analyze workflow and assignments to ensure efficient performance in managerial position;
  • Accounting work experience in monthly and annual financial statements (FS) preparation, compilation and reporting; preparation of various management reports, handling of annual yearend external audit, including drafting of the annual audited financial statements (AFS) and preparation of annual corporate income tax returns, VAT returns, Withholding tax returns;
  • Knowledgeable in GAAP & Accounting standards
  • Knowledge in Tax Laws and regulations, and experience in, proper tax compliance and electronic filing of tax returns, processing of government reportorial requirements (SSS, BIR, Pag-ibig, Philhealth), etc.;
  • Preferably with work experience in an auditing firm or with good background of strong adherence to internal controls and to accounting standards;
  • Preferably with work experience in handling BIR audit and assessment (involved in at least one taxable year BIR audit);
  
  Budget control and forecast experience
  • Able to tracks expenses and revenues vs. budget and forecast and analyses of variations and fluctuations in actual financial performance
  • Preferably with work experience in Information & Communications Technology (ICT) Industry
  
  Traits
  • With strong leadership and management skills, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be of good moral character (high integrity; good work ethics)
  • Knowledge in the use of Oracle systems & applications is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel
