POSITION SUMMARY:
In accordance with the policies, procedures and standards of MCE Leisure (Philippines) Corporation, the position is responsible for all Food & Beverage outlet operations assigned and specific areas in Hotel area. The key of responsibilities are:
I. Provide leadership to the team by guiding and giving the motivation in achieving annual business plan and yearly KPI's
II. Work closely with the Culinary, Supply Chain, International Marketing, Hotel Operation, Casino Marketing, Sales Marketing in order to maintain good working relationships and to ensure smooth daily operations
III. To achieve staff satisfaction through the constant communication, motivation, coaching, training and development
IV. Incorporate company brand identity to deliver a high service standard and offering an extraordinary food and beverage varieties and taste
V. Maximize the labour cost and productivity and mobilize manpower resources to gather utmost productivity
VI. Maximize sales to get a greater profit line.
Qualifications
Requirement
Experience
• Minimum 10 years of progressive combined experience in 5 star international hotels/resorts F&B department, and/or in free-standing restaurants.
• Casino hotel F & B management experience would be an advantage
• Experience in the process of creating and implementing new concepts in a hotel/resort environment
• Experience in hotel/resort and restaurant pre-opening and/or renovations
• Experience in planning short and long term goals, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, analysis department profit and loss, action plans
Education
• Preferably a Diploma holder in Hospitality or Hospitality Business Management course or any related course
Skills I Competencies
• Fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Mandarin and/or Cantonese an advantage. Any other international language will be an advantage
• Advance computer skill- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Capability in analysis business level, business needs and schedule accordingly
