  • Job Description

    >The primary purpose of this position, also known as Fulfillment Associate is to consistently perform core and general order fulfillment tasks including, but not limited to, entering orders and providing professional communication with internal and external customers.
    >Assist with the processing of orders from initial review to invoicing. This includes, but is not limited to, basic order functions including order review, account creation, order processing and account maintenance in accordance with established business rules.
    >Effectively communicate with internal customers(i'e Sales, Credit & Collection, Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, ect.) fostering collaborative relationships among different teams.
    >Provide invoice copies, contracts, orders and other customer information from the Fulfillment systems to Sales and/or customer upon request.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    >Ability to resolve customer issues related to operational needs and initiate escalation process if needed.
    >Ability to provide info to customers in a courteous, polite and professional manner.
    >Effective interpersonal written and verbal communications skills.
    >Strong attention to detail.
    >Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
    >Basic PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Internet and mainstream web browsers.
    >Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skill, both in English and Mandarin
