Requirement
- At least 1 ~ 3 years work experience as a Management position (Ex, Team Leader, SV, Manager....etc)
- At Least N2 Level => Business level Japanese language proficiency
- Management experience with 5 ~ 20 employees / team members
- Making business plan, goal, clear vision with its strategy to commit the achievement
- Understanding Japanese style management
- Making accurate report and feedback with certain basis to head office
- Develop staff / team members in terms of skills, knowledge and also business personalityEnglish Level
