    Position
    B2C Customer Service Contact Center Agent at IT company (Japan-capital)
    Job Responsibilities
     Answer phones from customers professionally and respond to customer inquiries
     Research required information using available resources
     Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problem
     Provide customers with the product information
     Identify and escalate priority issues and report to the high-level management
     Follow up complicated customer calls where required
     Record details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
     Perform other related duties, as assigned

    Qualification Requirements
    *Any nationality with Filipino work visa is welcomed

    【Required (MUST)】
     N2 holder
     Filipino Work Visa
     Have worked in Japan for at least 1 year
     Have experience working in the Call Center industry
     English proficiency: At least business level (Ability to communicate in daily business)
     Excellent communication skill
     Good computer skills
     Ability to work with others in a close manner
     Willing to work on a shifting schedule (Weekends, Holidays)

    【Preferred (WANT)】
     Experience in IT the industry (home appliances, audios, game machines and mobile phones)
     Good understanding and experience of customer service
