• Job Description

  1 . Provides training for new employee under Planning (Local Group).
  2. Oversees and guides the Chief and staff in the group.
  3. Provides motivation and act as model for All the staff in the group.
  4. Resolves immediately any conflict that may arise between each staff.
  5, Provides support in case of some lacking Manpower on each job functions.
  6. Ensures that daily delivery performance to all local customers is being updated.
  7. Ensures that DS is encoded in the ERP one(l) day prior each deliveries
  8. Checks that Loading Plan is encoded in the ERP one(l) day prior each deliveries
  9. Checks Daily Monitoring Report for all LOCAL customer.
  10. Provides Production Schedule to concerned sections.
  1 1 . Ensures that PO recon is being done for each customer in a monthly basis.
  12. Updates Goals and Objectives.
  13. Checks that there is 3 mos rolling FC encoded in the ERP.
  14. Checks the correctness of All the Shipping documents.
  15. Prepares monthly the Auto Press Machine Loading Plan for Autol and Manual.
  16. Monitors Production Output based on Loading plan schedule.
  17. Secures the 3-Day Stocks Inventory for each Customer daily.
  1 8. Ensures that Weekly Production Schedule is properly coordinated to Manufacturing Sections.
  1 9. Ensures that Planning is submitting the required material simulation to Purchasing
  20. Attends customer I supplier's meeting.
  21. . Attends internal meetings to resolve any problems encountered on the areas of planning (local) group.
  22. Checks and follow-ups all the urgent matters related to deliveries.
  Monitors and Report Daily Finished Goods Amount
  24 • Monitors and Report Daily Delivery Amount
  25 • Conducst Monthly Inventory Taking.
  Member of the Internal Audit Team for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
  27 • Complies with QMS/EMS requirements and participates on QMS/EMS related activities of the company.
  28. Performs 6-S and other improvement activities.
  29. Performs related functions assigned from time to time by immediate Head
