    Duties & Responsibilities
    Recruit, train, motivate and manage a team of sales supervisors, sales coordinators.
    Provide guidance, support and coaching to help achieve agreed sales goals of of House Accounts and Distributor/s. Set Performance targets and conduct regular performance evaluations.

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
    Analyze market trends, identify potential new markets, and recommend product or service enhancements based on customer feedback.
    Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
    Set sales targets and quotas for the team and ensure they are aligned with overall company goals.
    Create sales plans and budgets, including sales forecasts and revenue projections.
    Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress towards targets and take corrective actions if needed.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.Understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
    Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective account management and customer satisfaction.
    Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance
    Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports and updates to senior management, highlighting sales achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement
    Identify training needs of the sales team and provide ongoing training and development programs
    Keep the team updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends
    Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales team
    Collaborate with internal and external departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies and initiatives.
    Ensure effective communication and coordination between teams to optimize customer experience and maximize sales opportunities
    Manage the sales department's budget, including expenses, resources, and savings.
    Monitor expenditure, control costs, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
    Evaluate the performance of the sales team against targets and KPIs. Provide constructive feedback, recognition, and rewards to motivate and incentivize high performance
    Implement performance improvement plans when necessary
    Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
    Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to expand professional knowledge and build a strong network

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Reports to Chief Business Officer, to the President, to the Chief Admin Officer, to the Management Committee
    Manages the entire Sales Team
    Previous working experience as Sales Manager, FS Channel Manager , Retail Modern Trade Channel Manager
    Proven track record in hitting targets
    Extensive exposure to Marketing, Trade Marketing, Merchandising Management of Chilled and short shelf life products
    Exposure to Government Projects Public Bidding
