  • Job Description

    Manage a team of Sales Coordinators
    Responsible in achieving agreed sales target of Distributor
    Coach, guide, motivate and train sales team of Distributor
    Ensure timely submission of reports which include sales reports
    Analyze and translate sales reports gathered from assigned area
    Build rapport with Distributor's department heads, buyers and stores officers.
    To assist Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives
    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
    Resolve customer’s complaints in an effective and respectful way
    Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
    Maintaining knowledge of current promotions and pricing strategies
    Attend trade shows to identify new products and services.
    Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees.
    Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
    Analyze operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
    Organizing Promotional Activities
    Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
    Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
    Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
    Monitor local competitors.
    To Assist the Sales Manager in monitoring, coordinating and resolving Logistics, Production and Accounting issues of own channel and/or whole department if needed.
    To Assist the Sales Manager in Sales Admin work if needed.
    To Assist the Sales Manager in the Bidding Process, Processing, Implementation of target Government Projects.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Reports to Sales Manager
    Supervises a team of HMI sales coordinators and sales team of distributor
    Previous working experience as Key Account Manager
    Experience in sales, trade marketing and customer service
    Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    Aptitude in networking and building relationships, project management skills, problem-solving and negotiation.
    Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines

    Proficient in MS Office
    Exposure to computerized accounting system – SAP experience a distinct advantage
