• Job Description

  -Negotiate with suppliers and regularly monitor to ensure we get the best rates.
  -Product creation, marketing strategy, and product advertisement
  -Planning and making quotation
  -Customer support
  -Sales support
  -Negotiate special offers and exclusive deals with all hotels
  -Ensure all hotels are re-contracted with specific deadlines
  -Address and resolve any standard or service level issues with suppliers
  -Investigate and resolve internal issues with operations and account colleagues
  -Monitor room production closely and collaborate with all relevant parties to stimulate booking, room, room night, and revenue growth.
  -Conduct business trips to improve supplier relations and negotiate best-in-market rates per business requirement.
  -Identify new products that are in line with room nights and sales requirements.
  -Undertake ongoing analysis of product and quality within the contracting area to maintain consistent product offerings for clients.
  -A comprehensive understanding of the internal systems and processes can help to contract more efficiently and effectively.
  -Outbound Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
