    Assist in various tasks such as company establishment and store setup. We aim for your growth as a store supervisor or manager in the future. You can acquire necessary skills through training. Managerial aspirants are welcome.

    ●Store Launch Coordination:
    ・Assist in the application and confirmation of necessary documents with local Filipinos for store opening.
    ・Assist in personnel recruitment.
    ・Act as a bridge between Japanese managers and local personnel.

    ●Store Operations:
    ・Support staff management (planned for 4 subordinates, with additional staff upon increasing store numbers).
    ・Act as a bridge between Japanese managers and local personnel.
    ・Assist in social media and promotional activities (posting reuse information such as jewelry, brand bags, watches).
    ・Assist in the buying process, product sales operations.
    ・Assist in customer service (product explanation, guidance through the buying process).
    ・Assist in product assessment (training will be provided by professionals, so no prior experience required!).
    ・Assist in market trend analysis and research.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    ●At lease N2 level or Half-Japanese and Filipino in English and Tagalog.
    ●Excellent communication skills.
    ●Have work experience at least 2 years

    <Preferred>
    ●Experience in store launches.
    ●Management experience.
    ●Experience in Working at Japanese Company
    ●have experience with Admin work
