    The HR Supervisor will report directly to the Sr. HR-Admin Manager. The HR Supervisor will execute HR work in the areas of recruitment, training, benefits administration, payroll administration, records management, employee relations and performance management.

    1. Work experience: minimum 3 years
    2. College graduate: Psychology or Business Management
    3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    4. Excellent people skills
    5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    6. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
    7. Good organizational skills and attention to details
    8. Sound MS Office knowledge and computer literacy
    9. With work experience in a Japanese company
