-Negotiate with suppliers and regularly monitor to ensure we get the best rates.-Product creation, marketing strategy, and product advertisement-Planning and making quotation-Customer support-Sales support -Negotiate special offers and exclusive deals with all hotels-Ensure all hotels are re-contracted with specific deadlines-Address and resolve any standard or service level issues with suppliers-Investigate and resolve internal issues with operations and account colleagues-Monitor room production closely and collaborate with all relevant parties to stimulate booking, room, room night, and revenue growth.-Conduct business trips to improve supplier relations and negotiate best-in-market rates per business requirement.-Identify new products that are in line with room nights and sales requirements.-Undertake ongoing analysis of product and quality within the contracting area to maintain consistent product offerings for clients.-A comprehensive understanding of the internal systems and processes can help to contract more efficiently and effectively.-Outbound Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
