Duties & ResponsibilitiesRecruit, train, motivate and manage a team of sales supervisors, sales coordinators. Provide guidance, support and coaching to help achieve agreed sales goals of of House Accounts and Distributor/s. Analyze market trends, identify potential new markets, and recommend product or service enhancements based on customer feedback. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.Set sales targets and quotas for the team and ensure they are aligned with overall company goals.Create sales plans and budgets, including sales forecasts and revenue projections. Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress towards targets and take corrective actions if needed.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.Understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective account management and customer satisfaction.Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performanceProvide weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports and updates to senior management, highlighting sales achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvementIdentify training needs of the sales team and provide ongoing training and development programsKeep the team updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trendsFoster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales teamCollaborate with internal and external departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies and initiatives.Ensure effective communication and coordination between teams to optimize customer experience and maximize sales opportunitiesManage the sales department's budget, including expenses, resources, and savings.Monitor expenditure, control costs, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.Evaluate the performance of the sales team against targets and KPIs.
