    · Direct engagement on key existing account or continuously identify prospective end user customers in Enterprise and Data Centre market.
    · Provide technical pre/post sales consultation on qualified Panduit business opportunities related to positioning of our Enterprise and Data Centre Infrastructure solutions.
    · Develop sales strategy within account, present technical solution and validate with customer.
    · Gain spec-in position for the entire range Panduit Enterprise & Data Centre Solutions via a consultative approach and strategic selling.
    · While providing quality service relationships for existing accounts, continuously solicit for new opportunities in the existing and new accounts.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    · Bachelor of Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Management of Information Systems;
    · Minimum 4 years’ experience with sales/account management role;
    · Structured cabling sales experience
    · Has had similar sales target amount as out company and was able to achieve it in his/her former company, or if not has a record of hitting the sales target high like 150% or 200% so that client can see candidate has the potential to hit our company's sales amount.
    *Sales target for our company: USD 500k during 6-month’s probation; USD 2.5 million per annum after confirmation
    · Good written and verbal communication skills.
    · Self-Discipline, High integrity, positive attitude.
    · Take active initiatives to achieve sales target and company goals
    · Experienced in hunting for new accounts (the role is 70% hunter, 30% farmer)
    · End User focused

    <PREFER>
    · Preferably with Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Certification;

    <NOTE>
    You may get from an Account Manager/ Sales from an SI covering end user accounts, preferably strong in Banking & Finance /FSI and Hospitality business or Infrastructure/(Construction/Conglomerates). This is because they are trying to expand their business in this area of industry, and would like to have someone with the know how or experience

    TAM from a vendor side is also okay provided the candidate is covering end user (EU) accounts.
