  • Job Description

    o Handle inquiries/incident reports coming from clients in both English and Japanese via phone, email, chat, etc. in accordance with existing processes and guidelines
    • Record details of inquiries as tickets and ensure the information is reflected in the system
    •Translate inquiries from Japanese to English and vice versa, and escalate as needed
    •Maintain the knowledge base and keep it organized for future use
    •Create reports on weekly/monthly help desk performance
    •Analyze relevant data and initiate process improvements in problem areas

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    •Qualifications:
    -A Bachelor's Degree graduate of any 4-5 year course
    -Certified Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N3 & N2 Level passer
    -At least 5 years of relevant working experience as an Accountant, financial internal audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting related to PEZA

    -Expertise in current Philippine Tax Laws (VAT, EWT, FBT, etc), and Gov't contribution processing
    -Adequate proficiency in MS O365 Apps (i.e. Excel & Word)
    -Must have knowledge and experience in using Quickbooks Online, in BIR CAS accounting software or other accounting software
